It's hard to imagine anyone looking at it and disagreeing with it. It's simple, clear, and backed up by 100 years of evidence.

He was specific, he didn't say it's never been mentioned, it's just not an economic theory. "Trickle down" was introduced by Democrats as a slur.

A fake economic initiative may work in the short run, but in the long run it's disastrous. A business and an employee must exchange value for value and they must make products or services that provide value for value with their customers. Corporations being encouraged to be LESS efficient will slow the economy. Businesses don't not hire people because they're jerks! They don't because they don't need them.

Are you nuts? A corporate tax cut must "be earned"? You appear to have no understanding of business or economics. Taxes are a necessary curse, we are not granted a "gift" when we get to keep our own earnings. The government has to justify taking our money. Corporations are just a representation of investors, investors are people. ALL people care about improving their investments. So if their profit increases they will look for ways to improve their profit and returns. They don't put it under their mattresses. They put invest in companies, bonds, simple bank accounts, etc. Government negotiating how much profit a corporation is allowed, how the should spend their money is simply Fascism. The government does NOT know whats best for a business, and in the end will screw the company AND all it's workers! In my town, Abbott labs moves several thousand jobs to Costa Rica and Ireland (medical device manufacturing), why? High wages? No. Bad workers? No. They could no longer justify paying 35% of their profit in taxes (and now 2% of their gross as well) and countless absurd regulations. So how well did that work out for the working guy? Those workers would get $10k plus in bonuses each year . . . not now.

The individual mandate, is not, by a long shot, the sum total of the train wreck that is Obamacare.

Having watched it for over 40 years, I will not be watching it this year (sadly). But, I backed that up with an angry letter to the Rose Parade Association and informing KTLA (the best coverage) that the Rose Parade Assoc.'s odd and divisive decision is the reason.
Obviously just your anecdotal experience. All 20mil of Rush's listeners are not his haters.
I disagree, there will only be an incremental cost increase . . . basically only doctor care (hospital care is already covered), everything else is being spent now. Most of the uninsured are the least likely to go to a doctor anyhow. This is all for a wave of bureaucracy that is sweeping across the nation on every level of government and every medical facility.
