You do know that you can type in lower case don't you? Capital letters are for the beginning of sentences and sometimes for adding emphasis. Using them all the time is akin to shouting at the top of your lungs whenever you speak to someone. In this case it lessens the importance of what you are saying because it causes dissonance in the reader's mind.

In other words: Please don't shout.

Although studies show that we conservatives are usually happier and more optimistic than most about our personal lives, we also tend to be a bit more pessimistic than the average person about the country.
