NO, @reginald10 is right and YOU are wrong-- but I don't blame you. All the news outlets are reporting this as a "new law" against touching pregnant bellies. That is inaccurate. If you read beyond the headline, there is nothing new, this is the age-old anti-harassment law banning unwanted touching or other conduct meant to intimidate (it's just the first time a pregnant woman has used it specifically against someone who touched her belly). So all this uproar is over a decades-old law that already prohibits harassment. *yawn*
