This is such a slippery slope it's not even funny, plus senator Bernie Sanders is proof ALL LIBERALS ARE REALLY SOCIALISTS, as many so called liberal democrats will agree with Mr.Sanders, he is a SOCIALIST. So when anyone calls a democrat a socialist, "Bob Beckel" you should proudly stand up and say YES WE ARE SOCALISTS.
Does Comedy Central have a right to free speech?

Some congressional Democrats believe no association of human beings formed in the manner Comedy Central has been formed ought to have freedom of speech. Accordingly, they have sponsored constitutional amendments to incorporate this principal into our basic law.

The First Amendment says: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
