And stop throwing around the "racist" slur. There is nothing racist about what I posted. The people you are defending have broken our laws. If we had enforced those laws, we wouldn't have this "problem" now. They deserve nothing. They harm the US and her citizens. And deserve nothing more than what enforcement dictates -- which is certainly not a path to citizenship, and you will not find another country in the world which would so ignore their immigration legislation in the way you and others are suggesting. What happens when you amnesty people? They think their actions have been validated. So do their offspring. So you are introducing into the country the certainty that this nonsense will likely continue.

Although we have been hearing a lot from Washington lately about new immigration policy, it seems that our legislators are not listening! A recent Reuters/Ipsos survey found that the majority of Americans want illegal immigrants deported. Clearly the 53 percent of respondents who want all or most illegal immigrants deported are not getting used to the idea of easing immigration laws.
