Agreed. Why, anyway, are we talking about giving anything to these lawbreakers when we have such sick unemployment/jobs numbers in this country? It's insane. Just enforce E-Verify, let those who will self-deport, and then after they are gone, figure out how to get rid of the rest of them. Immigration spaces should be for those who come here legally and play by the rules, otherwise known as our "laws".

If you are going to debate immigration reform, be smart about immigration reform, especially about the positions of the opposite party's intellectuals.

This means among other things being smart about school choice for immigrant children. Vouchers for newly regularized immigrants under the age of 18 empowering them to attend any public or private school in the city in which they reside should be part of the GOP amendments to any immigration reform bill.
