Regulations always lead to fewer jobs. Anyone who argues against that needs a book on labor Econ. That's just the way it is. Sorry it doesn't agree with your idealism...

That is, we DE-regulated the derivatives industry (financial firms) during the 2000's and it led to the loss of over $14 Trillion in national wealth and countless jobs? Yet, post WWII we REgegulated the financial industries and job creation and economic growth was off the charts?

Yes, this is the reality. When there are fewer jobs, people suffer. And nothing confirms that these regulations will make anything better for anyone that doesn't work at the EPA.
