Yes, your definition applies. However, the government wants you to be "successful" if you drop out of school, fry your brains on drugs, have babies you can't take care of, and have no ambition to do any work at all. Our educational system teaches you that you are still a wonderful person! You are doing fine! And every person that works hard and earns enough to live on and pay taxes, is going to take care of you. You are rewarded for bad behavior. And that successful person who works hard is being told that they are just so evil their money must be taken. Is this a crazy picture or what???
