They Never Say "Tax the Successful"

And yet, the story of the talents comes to mind--the one who increased what he was given was praised, while the one who did nothing with them was scorned.
If the new black panthers are patrolling the place, that's fine by me. They got so much negative publicity in 2008, and the Republicans are so energized this time, are they really going to stop us from voting??? Or change the minds of anyone who is voting for Romney? Their presence just proves why we need a new president! I wished I lived in that district, just to show up and vote Romney--
I'm sure Obama will send a sternly worded message to Libya, followed by an apology that although violence is condemned, the Americans probably weren't sensitive enough to Islamic feelings. Gosh, I feel safer already!

Paul Ryan's speech was fantastic! I was watching Condoleezza Rice, Susanna Martinez, Artur Davis, Mia Love, and marveled at their strength and success over astonishing odds. Then I thought that the DNC will be offering up as "inspiration" Sandra Fluke, who wants everyone else to pay for her personal choices. Who wants government out of her bedroom except she wants government to pay for what goes on in her bedroom. How can ANYONE prefer Sandra's "gimme" speech to anything we have heard so far with the RNC??? I would love to hear a speaker at the DNC convention say "I'm want to speak about the amazing record of progress and promise keeping we've seen in the last 4 years!" Not gonna happen....
This is a sad woman who deserves our pity, not our anger. She has fallen victim to the ideal that government will save you from every dopey mistake you make. She has not learned that government dependence is enslavement, not empowerment. Her belief system has taken her dignity, her intelligence, and her honor. She has nothing to say to debate her point, so she is left to spitting. She is the face of what President Obama left her: belief in lies. Sad, sad, sad...
You call Romney a "lying tax-cheater", where are your facts proving this? Simple answer for an obviously simple mind: there are no facts to present, because it isn't true. I'm sorry for you since independent thought is impossible for you. It appears that your tactic is to shout really loudly and threaten with your sharp pointy spear. Do you really think you can convince sane, rational, intelligent people that your silly rants have any validity? Could you provide facts? I didn't think so. You can't because Obama can't. Obama can't run on his pathetic record so all Obama can do is what you are doing: shout silliness and have his little sharp pointy spear at his side. What a good little drone you are!
I love it when they "sing along". They know the words!!!

You did not see the interview with Andrea Mitchell and Gov John Sununu. I'm sure you watch MSNBC--but here's the jist and the fact is that Romney outsourced 0 jobs. None, nada, zip, zero. Whereas the great outsourcer, Obama, has outsourced millions of dollars to companies which located your tax money to workers overseas. Statistics and facts are sooooo inconvenient. Romney is rich. He earned it. He is successful. I'd rather have a success as President than what we've got.

Would the "far less" casualties include the children neglected of drug addled parents, or babies born to drug addicted women, or syringes found as routinely on the street as the legal cigarette butts? (okay, littering is a lesser casualty...) Or how about, since all drugs would be legal, more workers on the job would be incapable of competence... You only have to look at the robustly productive innovative economic pwerhouse of Denmark for an example (but don't go to the public parks--they have a littering problem) On the bright side, The Dane dudes are obliviously happy....
The USA IS the greatest country on earth. I don't see many people lining up to get into other countries, but I see a lot of them doing anything to get into ours. If you don't think this is the best country the world has ever seen, my advice is to take your sorry self to the country you admire most. There are many, many others willing to take your place here.

Union Teacher: John Ransom is an Idiot

special1 Wrote: Jul 09, 2012 11:55 AM
I believe you meant "commendations" regarding your sister-in-law. There are many good teachers out there--but the problem is that there are many bad teachers out there, and the union protects them so they can't be fired. This is a disservice to both the students of said teachers and to the teachers themselves. They are unfit for teaching and need to find a job better suited to their talents. I can tell you went to public school yourself, with possibly a few inept teachers. Unions are really good for nothing except supporting bad teachers, democrats, and encouraging mediocrity.
