Ten years in Bangkok and these days it is more likely to be young boys sold into prostitution. On Soi Cowboy, Patpong and Silom your are more than likely to find boys selling themselves than girls. Wife and I see more male tourists holding hands with young boys than women. This article would be more accurate 10 years ago.
