This folk's is the sad reality of serve and protect, there isn't enough police to hold your hand 24/7, if can't or won't protect yourself, there is a very good chance you will become a victim .

It's called self defense for a reason. The individual is the first responder when it comes to his own self defense. It is an inalienable right. And responsibility. Any institution saying otherwise, is out to enslave you.
