The terrorists win when we begin putting our own citizens's though this much inconvenience to get on a plain or a courthouse. I'd much more accept the exremely spall possibily of blowing up in a plain to allow me to freely enter a plain with all my luggage and shoes intact (including a bottle of shampoo). Life holds risks. You can't defeat an enemy by torturing your own citizens. Reactionary madness run amock.

Great article, I'm extremely conservative and was grown up being tought the evil of homosexecuals.. I've worked around enough now that i can see them as just regualar people. If they want to serve in the military and put their life's on line I have nothing but admoration for them. It's rediculous for the GOP not to just give in on this battle. Truth be known, once the resistence is gone these folks would more than likely become registered Republicans. They aren't leftist, big country type of people, they're just normal concervatives who happen to like peole of the same sex.. Their idealogy would put them much closer to the Rebulican's.

It was funny to watch to recent local elections here in Texas. As is always in Texas elections, candidate road signs are EVERYWHERE as I'm sure they are in all states. This year was different, you could not mention one sign that had the word "Democrat" anywhere on it, not even in the fine print. Republicans on the other hand have "Republican" written at least 4 times on their sign usually in a font that is about 50% larger than their name.

It will make no matter, once these officials are kicked out of office these same people will vote for another group of even more corrupt democrats to replace them. Nobody will pay attention to campaigns, political commercials, they won't even notice the signs on the side of the road. They will enter the voting booth and select the straight democratic ticket even though they have no clue who most if not all of them are. They are from California, that's what you do in California. They teach them that in schools.

He's a democrat, virtually none of them have actually worked or ran a business. These Democrats are a bunch of folks who got law degrees, take the bar (unsuccessfuly in most cases) and then decided to become career polititions. They never don't a reals day work a day in their lives but they consider themselves smarter than every banker, airline executive, doctor, automative worker and doctors and insurance executives now. they are nothing but a bunch of narcissists who think they know everything. These clowns will destroy this great country.

It's mean to say but everytime I see him I can't stop thinking about the pigman episode from Seinfeld where Kramer runs into the half man, half pig man in the hospital. I think they had Waxman in mind when they wrote that episode.

What is wrong with the people in the state that keep reelecting this deaster. This man is an embarrasement to our entire ligislative system. I'm basically come to the conclusion that California is a completely lost cause at this part. We should apologize to Mexico about that nast war and give them California back. Say we're sorry and wish them lick. They will need it. It shouldn't take 6 months before California liberals have completely destroyed that country as well.

veryone tries to look for some undlying motive for the bizzare behaviour these weirdo tree hugging nuttcases. These people are just living in a different realm of understanding that us sane folks can't understand. I blame it on heavy usage of LSD by the radical hippies back in the sixties. To many of those "discovering utopia" acid trips has fried their brains and they no longer have a grasp on reality. We shouldn't have built a fence between us and Mexico, we should have put it on the east side of San Fransisco. And people thought the whole 60's rebellion thing was just a phase, the hippies didn't go away, they took a shower, cut their hair, put on some close and ran for office.
