This is yet another reason a tax revolution (especially the Fair Tax) is the precedent required to repair most of our federal government's misdeeds.

The only "fair" tax is a voluntary tax. A fee, for services rendered to the recipient's satisfaction.

ANY tax on productivity is a violation of the 13th Amendment, it's slavery in degrees.
