Georgetown is not governed by the Catholic Church, neither is Notre DAme. So far as the Catholic Church during WW2, you really need to educate yourself.
There are non-Catholic students at Georgetown.

The pathetic thing is that science courses have to be advertised this way. One can address time travel, teleportation, death rays, etc. in the course of the typical non -calc/low math based physics for non-majors course. Making these topics the crux of the course shows the depths to which we have fallen.
