Kristol misses the point. Raising taxes on millionaires doesn't really hurt the millionaires. It hurts the middle class and the poor through job losses and lower economic growth. Even Obama understood this (or at least gave lip service to it) after he extended ALL of the Bush taxcuts last year. I am surprised that the editor of the Weekly Standard doesn't get this.
