How the New York Times Covers Evil

I support Israel's right for freedom and to defend itself (Especially against Iran, Syria and Yemen), but calling the Palestinian-Israeli conflict 'as morally clear as wars get' is an incredible over simplification. Civilians on both sides have been killed and the Palestinians have their backs to the wall after decades of losing land to resettlement and the more recent sanctions on fuel, foods and medical supplies. That doesn't justify rockets being shot into Israel though. It's very complicated. And really, a TEN YEAR OLD article is your smoking gun of the NYT's apparently broken moral compass? If they're as bad as you say then you should be able to cite many more recent articles.

Umm, no, it's simple. Either you agree that the Jews have a right to live on their ancestral homeland of Israel, or you don't. If you don't, like Hamas, you eventually tire of waiting for Israel to self-destruct (it's actually doing very well), and start shooting. There's no Leftist "nuance" here. The Muslims do not have a legitimate claim to the land. There are 22 Arab-Muslim countries covering thousands of times the land mass of Israel for Muslims to choose from. The Islamic holy sites are almost all located outside of Israel. This conflict is not, and never has been, about borders. It is about Israel's right to exist as the Jewish national home. You pick a side, then fight for what you believe in. No nuance here.

It would take a book. Yes the conflict is a big bigger story. It however always ends the same no matter which side is placated.
The Palestinians maybe some want a peace. For the most part they exist to be the thorn in Israel's side. Seriously, they are no better off the the left on this side how well do they fair . they are fodder for an inept gaggle of fools who appear to have very little brain matter and absolutely no common sense.
All they are good for is division and hate!.

Put that in your pipe because that is what Palestinians are, same as the left's minions, fodde

It's not complicated at all, snootington. Consider the most obvious solution to the conflict. ALL Jews must leave the Middle East. NOW.

Seriously. do you think that will calm the Middle East down or will the West still have to defend itself from Islam?

It's not complicated at all.

The way in which the New York Times reports good vs. evil is one of the most important stories of our time.

Take the war between Israel and Hamas that is taking place right now.

This war is as morally clear as wars get. Hamas is a terrorist organization dedicated to annihilating the Jewish state. It runs a theocratic totalitarian state in Gaza, with no individual liberty and no freedom of speech or press. In a nutshell, Hamas is a violent, fascist organization.

Israel, meanwhile, is one the world's most humane states, not to mention a democracy that...
