Reid controls the Senate and Holder the Justice Department. How are you going to charge Obama and get it investigated. Obama controls the Executive with all the Federal law enforcement apparatus. If I were a governor, like Brewer in Arizona, I would arrest Obama when he entered my State on State charges.

Actually, almost immediately there would be a gun fight on the tarmac with dead policemen everywhere if that were to happen. The Secret Service, although almost all of them despise Obama and his loathsome wife, are still dedicated to protecting his life. Now that would be news worthy but consider the unintended consequences - O'Biden would suddenly be catapulted into the Presidency, an intolerable situation in the best of circumstances.
