I believe our Constitutional Law Professor President misses the point. He said it best-the House of Representatives. They re there to represent THEIR districts, not those of other states. If they ran on a conservative platform and won, then their constituents expect them to stay conservative. So in essence, by doing EXACTLY what they are supposed to do, the President sees them as obstructionist. Amazing that over 50% of Americans voted for this arrogant putz.
