so we are gaining about 3million/yr in population (30 mil census to census) and 10000/day people are retiring (next 19 yrs) so about 250000/month new to job market (low salary on avg) and 300000 leaving (high salary on avg) less into coffers, seriously bigger drain on system and given the 5 mil+ that should have found a job in the last 4 years but didn't, if we don't get growth that needs to hire about 500K/month this is a situation ripe for collapse. The numbers they are touting (believable or not) are not even enough to keep up the stasis, yet the media trumpets it as if it is amazing. sad.

The American economic juggernaut keeps churning out good news folks. According to government economists 236,000 jobs were created in February, plus or minus a margin of error of 100,000 jobs.

In other news, the BLS revised January jobs data down 38,000 jobs so that the net number of jobs created in the first month of the year was a negative 21,000 jobs.

That’s right; 21,000 fewer jobs in January than in December.
