anybody a tax professional here? just had a thought wondered if possible or likely scenarios if implemented. Could a state such as TX, start taxing all income at 100% so nothing left for the feds to tax and then just loan the money back to the earner at 0% interest?

Sure. WE can also remove the $billions that Texas receives in federal aid. I am up for that. I would support Texas becoming its own country. Mississipii too.
