If this happened the only cases the court would take would be those regarding free birth control,abortions and gay marriage. After this election,I have zero confidence in women and their ability to prioritize critical issues that affect the future of this country........and I am a woman!!!!!!!!!

you are not the majority i will give you that. for every palin we have 500 hillarys. i am 64 so lets say i know 100 women or so. i know zero palins. not one. i know some megan mccains and i know 90 hillarys but coulter, malkin, bachman, palin,garfoil,ingrahm.......nada. not a one. single, married, catholic, any demographic you care to name. not one. i must know a dozen wassermanschultz's. they're everywhere in michigan.
Speaking at a 10th Circuit Bench & Bar Conference at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she hopes to see an all-female Supreme Court one day. Via CBS:

“Now the perception is, yes, women are here to stay,” Ginsburg told the conference. “And when I’m sometimes asked when will there be enough and I say when there are nine, people are shocked.”

Ginsburg said that no one has “ever raised a question” when nine men were serving on the bench.
