First AARP to promote Obamacare now the Red Cross to promote Obama's re-election. I will be donating to the salvation army.

Great choice. The Salvation Army did a magnificent job during and after Katrina. The millionth meal in New Orleans was served by my daughter, and the food kitchens were run by the "Sally Army" , the Baptists, the Methodists and reservists from all branches of the military.
I'm surprised Obama didn't do his photo op from Bette Midler's party, but cooler heads must hae prevailed.

On Friday night, swing-voters across the nation saw a one-minute advertisement paid for by the Red Cross featuring President Barack Obama.

The ad comes on the weekend before the election, and while the Red Cross does unquestionable good for millions of Americans, the choice to run this ad comes noticeably close to a campaign endorsement for President Obama.
