Janna Bessin should be arrested. She has committed a crime.
I sat thru voir dire for a criminal trial in Travis county in 2006. The defendant was a previously-convicted felon currently accused of 2nd-degree possession of cocaine. Many in the jury panel of around 60 people expressed distress about having to consider the maximum sentence allowed by law (20 years in prison) and said that they could not consider such a harsh penalty. We were dismissed at 1:00 pm by the judge with the statement: 'It does not appear that we will be able to select a jury from this panel, thanks for your service and you are dismissed."

Clearly illegal and a violation of Title VII's prohibition against discrimination based on race. The SCOTUS ruled on this issue in 2009. Look up Ricci v. DeStefano.

the 'most privileged illegal immigrant (invader)' in America has committed numerous crimes. He said he would like to visit his mother, whom he has not seen in years. Perhaps the U.S. government can faciliate that visit by buying him a one-way coach class ticket to the Philippines!
My son has epilepsy and has been denied twice. Perhaps at least part of the problem is the color of his skin, since most of the clerks and bureaucrats with whom he has dealt so far are people who appear to be prejudiced...

(btw, my nephew dropped out of an African Studies class at the University of Texas when his radical African-American instructor assigned the class to write a paper which he believed would have required him to praise the activities of Malcolm X...)

"Keep in mind, people in the political class constantly reveal their contempt for regular citizens. That contempt is the inevitable result of a group of people who have convinced themselves that big government is necessary because the little people can’t control their own lives." Peter Scheizer calls them the "PERMANENT political class", and they need to be fired by their constituents...
