Why the constant deflection from the Rush Limbaugh debacle to Bill Maher?
Even if the Senate were not technically still in session and was officially in recess, the Republicans would be up in arms about this. Such hypocrites.
That's communism? Sign me up!
Not sure what Dr. shortages in Germany have to do with growth of business here if they were relieved of the obligation to pay for employee health care...
Social Security isn't broke. That's one of the biggest lies out there right now. Medicare and Medicaid would be fine with some reform, which both parties agree need to be done (hint, it involves the corrupt lobbying from drug companies). The rest of the stuff you listed just makes you look stupid, rather than just uninformed (or misinformed more likely).
BTW, did I miss the proof that it is Obamacare causing this decline?
Referring to Vietnam? That sucks, but it wasn't just Liberals. I'm sure you know that, though.
Yeah, I pay nearly $500 a month to provide Health Insurance coverage to my family through my employer. That doesn't even include copays and prescriptions or other costs associated with the actual care provided. Our current system is a complete joke and even Obamacare doesn't do enough to help reduce costs as it only was designed to slow the growth of healthcare costs, which has been astronomical over the past decade. It remains to be seen just how effective the exchanges will be at controlling costs, but with no public option to keep private insurance honest, then Obamacare is much less effective than it could have been. Remove the mandate and you give insurance companies an excuse to jack up their prices even more.
This is actually a good thing. A single payer system would solve a lot of problems in this country and would be a contributing factor to an economic boon. Healthcare costs hamper the ability for businesses to grow profitably because of the costs associated with private healthcare. A single payer system funded by taxpayers would relieve businesses of a huge burden.
You're Welcome!
