Under a flat tax wouldn't these conservative groups lose their tax-free status anyway? Wouldn't they have to pay taxes like everybody else?

First, the Israeli system is run by the government. Second, it takes several hours of questioning before can get on an El Al flight. It wouldn't work in a country with as many flights and passengers as the US. Besides, people would complain about "big government" poking into their lives.
You mention her four arrests, but I don't see any mention of convictions. If she were convicted of a serious crime, that's one yhing. However, if she was arrested for "alleged" crimes, she still enjoys the presumption of innocence.

Has it occurred to anyone that Martin may have seen a Hispanic following him, assumed he was about to be mugged, and gone after Zimmerman in self-defense? Wouldn't stand your ground give that right of self-defense?
"The National Front rails against decentralization, advocates a strong federal government, and complains that European legislation forces competitive trade and prevents the French government from financially assisting companies, thereby inhibiting 'economic patriotism." These are the policies of Louis XIV. Conservatism in contiental Europe is very different than it is in the US

Everything west of the Mississippi was acquired by the federal government from Britain, France and Mexico. Alaska was bought from Russia. Much of it was given away to homesteaders and railroads. None of it was taken from the American people.

Rudyard Kipling earlier elaborated the matter, "and lesser breeds without the law" (He meant Britain's rivals, the Germans). Actually, he meant the Phillipines. http://www.fordham.edu/halsall/mod/kipling.asp
"there are actually individuals who put financial interests first." Why does this surprise you? Bank of America, like any other corporation, exists to make a profit. If its directors feel that supporting gay marriage will make more money for them, it's their duty to the stockholders to support it. If gays get married they'll set up households and get mortgages, which means more profit from BoA
