Get this message out to all: AZ-Law-Team, Tea Party, Conservatives, Republicans, Independents, citizens, voters ! Everyone is overlooking this: But the above “supremacy” only applies to those powers specifically enumerated and delegated by the States to the Fed-Govt in our written Fed-USC ! And the irrefutable fact is, there is no power granted to Congress to regulate “Immigration” mentioned in our USC ! More importantly, a reading of the debates of our founding fathers involving our nation’s Rule of "Naturalization" in 1790 established beyond any doubt, the various States specifically avoided granting a sweeping power over "Immigration" to Congress. And, the limited power granted is over “Naturalization” which is stated as follows:

Congress shall have power:

To establish an uniform Rule of "Naturalization", Art-1, Sec-8

The USC also states The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States, Art-IV, Sec-2.

Even O'Reiily was giving out major misinformation on his show tonight !

He kept saying that the Fed-Govt has the sole authority to regulate "Immigration"

But he's wrong, the USC only says that the Fed-Govt has the sole authority over "Naturalization" and Not over "Immigration"

For many, the term "sheriff" conjures up images of the Old West. A few may consider a sheriff to have some form of outdated and obsolete political office. But for me and countless other patriots across our nation, a sheriff is the epitome of good and necessary county law enforcement.

As documented on the Durham County, N.C., website, the position of sheriff originated in England more than 1,000 years ago, known then as a shire-reeve, who was "the steward of the King's estates, guardian of the peace, judge and jury of the Shire County (county court) and was the local agent of...
