serving widows and orphans in their time of need and keeping one's self pure from the corruptions of this world is pure religion ,and the government is any but pure from corruption. it the (government) has no business being in charity as charity is religion and we have a secular government of men for man's Kingdom ,let the relious be lead by the spirit of Christ not the crimminals in government

On April 26, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan delivered the 2012 Whittington Lecture at Georgetown University focused on his 2013 budget and its implications for poverty programs and the poor. That budget has now passed the House of Representatives.
