An old saying: Garbage In-Garbage Out. Dr Jan Espers, Prog of Geology (and his group) at the Institute of Geography, Johannes Gutenberg Univ, Mainz, FRG reported in an article published in "NATURE" entitled "Global Warming Thoroughly Debunked: Will the Media Notice

in Jul 2012 that the tree ring data used to support global warming was flat wrong. The correct data, when used, showed a distinct cooling trend of 0.3C degrees for the last two millenium. There are many, many findings by reputable scientists debunking hudman caused climate change. When your entire livelihood is dependent on government funding, why bite the hand that feeds you? Many scientists are really angry about how the "alarmists" have politicized this and brought so much discredit on true science and research.

+5. Good post.

Global climate change has suffered an unbroken series of setbacks from the unplanned and unexpected exposure of the games its advocates were playing. It's not just the ClimateGate email releases, there were nearly a dozen separate scandals in 2010 affecting the credibility of the climate change agenda. The tree rings was one; the Himalayan glacial melt was another, the head of the IPCC was caught fudging the numbers to raise funds for his own organization.

For a fun read, google "The Bolivia Effect" and see how NOAA was "proving" climate change using a mangled historical record.

Climate experts from United Kingdom’s National Weather Service told the world that while is was not unusual for pauses in global warming that last for a decade to occur once every eighty years or so, there was no way that one could last for 15 years or more according to their climate model.

Oops. Their mistake, I guess.

Maybe that’s why when the United Kingdom’s National Weather Service updated their data and it showed that global warming has been paused for the last 16 years, they remained mum.

“The world stopped getting warmer almost 16 years ago, according to new...
