The problem is that the Mexicans that "Can move freely back and forth across the border" do not go back. There are a lot of people that are here on expired visa's already and I might point out that the hijackers on 9/11 were here on expired visa's. Do you favor a retreat to the days preceding 9/11 or upholding existing law?
Have you any idea of what you are talking about? Comparison of the Jews under the Hitler Regime is uncalled for and idiotic. There seems to be an over wrought MAJORITY that do not want to treat persons that came here illegally as a citizen in any respect. If a person is not born here, they are required to follow existing laws to become citizens and not have it "bestowed" upon them by government that could be said to be in the best interests of the people they were elected to serve.
So you are trying to say that since conservatives like Texas they like illegals? I guess that you can compare an apple to an orange and since they are both fruit you would then say they taste the same? Your argument is non sequitur.
There is a simple way to get the illegals to go somewhere else. You simply fine an employer $15,000.00 per person that is found working for them as a first time offence. If there is a second offence, the fine should be raised to $30,000.00 per person that is found to be illegal. the third offence is 50,000 per person and a jail sentence of 90 days per person found to be illegal. The person that would be going to jail should be the Chairman of the board if it is a large corporation or the company owner if a small business or farmer. The employers would be forced to be certain that ALL of their workers were legal or they would end up losing their businesses in paying fines and the reason for persons to come to the US would dry up.
