Don't worry. The EEOC already has a plan to "fix" that for us by requiring employers to provide evidence that basic fundamentals such as reading, writing, and math skills, are necessary requirements for employment.

Seriously. It's an idea they already kicked into gear back in the winter of 2011. Because it could discriminate against people with teaching impediments to require basic skills.

OK; scratch that last one because unlike the other new highs or lows trumpeted by the press in our real-life examples, the LAST one is just SILLY.

The others are silly too, but they are more than just silly; they are deceptive. And they mean to be deceptive too.
