Raising tax noise takes away from the necessity to cut spending. Cutting spending reduces government power. Dems like power.

Is anyone aware that Castro has announced that Socialism does not work and that he is now in the process of going back. He is allowing his citizens to own property and to pass this property to the heirs? Ask Europe. Does socialism work?
