No Regulation? No Problem

Not only should fraudsters be shunned from the markets, but they should also be prosecuted and serve a substantial prison sentence.

It's called regulatory interference. Regulations at times stands in the way of a prison sentence for these CEOs. I'd like to see regulations relaxed (or done away with) but also lower the tripwire to a criminal prosecutions either by the States or the federal government.

They are miscues in the private sector, but regulators failed miserably too. Take the Peanut Corporation of America and the massive salmonella outbreak in the United States during 2008 and 2009. Through emails that were released the CEO more or less ordered contaminated peanut product to be shipped, despite samples testing positive for salmonella.

Legalize Insider Trading

I agree, but one way to combat insider trading is for companies to treat non-public inside information as intellectual property. Divulging that information could result in a lawsuit against the person(s) that divulged it and the person(s) that received the information.
Let's see how long it takes for Paul Ryan to capitulate to the farm lobby. His talk of cutting farm subsidies which is only $30 billion over ten years will vanish like a fart in a wind.
2) ... ...The only Americans who wouldn't benefit economically would be the Americans who spend their lives relying on the government, instead of their own effort, to pay their bills. Good, you did mention the auto companies and the bankers, the farmers, and other corporate welfare queens.
5) ...Welfare and food stamps would still exist, but there wouldn't be as much need for them, it would be considered shameful to take either, and you can be sure that people would have to work for every hand-out they receive. What about farm subsides, the ExIm bank. What about auto and banker bailouts? Those to too, right?
20) ...Kids would start out school with the Pledge of Allegiance and a daily prayer. I don't want to live in this America. A country run by theocrats is no better than one run by the leftist occupying the White House currently.
16) ...The death penalty would be applied much more liberally for terrible crimes and it wouldn't take 15 years of appeals to carry it out. So much for limited government. Funny how conservatives (I'm Libertarian) believes government screws things up (they do!) in most everything else, except for carrying out the death penalty, in which they believe they get it right 100% of the time. Evidence proves you wrong.
1) …There would be fewer regulations, lower taxes, a business-friendly environment... I'd rather the Tea Party support a 'market friendly' environment instead of a 'business-friendly' one. Big difference, one treats private property owners and pipline developers equally, and the other supports special careveouts to well-connected industries (easement access) at the expense of private property owners.
