Bush was NOT a fiscal conservative. I wish you people would get it through your heads that Republican doesn't equal conservative! Plus that, Bush had a Democrat Congress to help him with that rubbish and the Democrats criticized him for not spending ENOUGH! Good Lord, I could just imagine what it would have been like with Kerry or Gore in the WH. Weren't Frank and Dodd on the Housing Committees? I didn't like a free spender like Bush no more than I liked Ted Kennedy, it's just that Kerry or Gore would have been worse and that is what people are sick of, no choice at the ballot box.

This independent (formerly with the GOP) has thrown in with the Tea Party because there was no home for me in either party. I am a independent Reagan Conservative and I wonder how many in the Tea Party are just like me. It seems to me that most Republican politicians are moderate to liberal and that is their problem. Obama is like a pet rock once John Q Public realized it was fun for a while but in the wrong hands he's dangerous, they shelved him. I believe 2/3 of the populace is fiscally conservative and want a small, limited government, where power rests rightfully with the people not either party.

I like them too, but I think it's that pencil neck and emaciated body that reminds me of them. Especiallly with that "joker" style white face picture. Just a mental picture I keep seeing.
