The hardest part for conservatives to understand is that the rest of the country could not care less about what you think or do. Nobody intends to live by rightwing dogma; that's why people don't vote for wingnut candidates. Conservatives don't even have enough credibility to contribute to the narrative anymore. People just ignore them and vote for the democrat. Basically, conservatives no longer matter to the greater populace.

With dark shadows of uncertainty descending upon the hearts of so many at the conclusion of 2012, one can only hope 2013 will be a year of promise. But even in these dark days, miracles do still happen, especially when people are willing to roll up their sleeves for the cause of freedom.
