If the GOP could not put an end to abortion when George Bush II was in office and had the House AND the Senate, it ain't gonna happen now, folks. The GOP doesn't want to put an end to abortion because it is the mother of all fund raisers for them.

They want the money from the issue, and states are terrified the Feds with throw it back to them if Roe v. Wade is overturned. It will decimate the GOP in liberal states. They will never risk it. But it pays big-time to use abortion as a GOP fundraiser.
