Ummm, no. I am in health care and this is a good thing for hospitals. The "freeloaders" DONT pay out of pocket. HAH! At least the hospitals will get money from insurance agencies instead of having to pay the bills. But our premiums WILL increase from this. The people who pay out of pocket are the Canadians who know that the only way to get quick fast effective health care is to cross border and pay cash. Universal healthcare is all nice and pretty until you get sick.
