It's not background checks that they are performing. DHS released profiles of who they say are most likely to be Domestic "terrorists". Those profiles included returning soldiers, prolife, small government supporting groups and advocates for Individual Rights. The Obama Administration broke Bankruptcy rules by allocating GM shares to their supporting Union donors over the priority payments of bond holders. Which ones do you not believe were enacted by Obama? Indefinite Detention and Kills List policies were enacted in 2011/2012. DHS profiling was enacted 2009/2011.
