1. DHS profiling political opponents as "terrorists", namely those who advocate 2nd Amendment, small government and prolife causes. 2. Patriot Act privacy abuses are still in effect, renewed twice by this administration. 3. Indefinite Detention laws and Kill List policies for US citizens. 4. Government confiscations of private property and shares as was done to GM bond holders. 5. Usurpation of Congressional Powers on Naturalization by the Executive Branch. These are all 1st, 4th, 5th and 14th Amendment violations being perpetrated by the Obama Administration, four of which were enacted by him.

1) Background checks are not 'profiling.' They are even done with license plates. 2) Patriot Act offenses is true of both parties. 3) Ditto. 4) GM was NEVER taken over by government. It always remained 100% in the hands of the shareholders. 5) True of both parties. 4 of those 'offenses' were also NOT enacted by him, as well.

1) But don't even THINK about asking the leftist government to "background check" the voting rolls.
2) A-O finally gets one RIGHT.
3) Don't forget drone surveillance & attacks.
4) B.S. Obama even threw out the sitting CEO in favor of his puppet.
5) B.S. again. Obama has abused his EO authority in a breathtaking manner.

Nice try AO, play again another time.

It's not background checks that they are performing. DHS released profiles of who they say are most likely to be Domestic "terrorists". Those profiles included returning soldiers, prolife, small government supporting groups and advocates for Individual Rights.

The Obama Administration broke Bankruptcy rules by allocating GM shares to their supporting Union donors over the priority payments of bond holders.

Which ones do you not believe were enacted by Obama? Indefinite Detention and Kills List policies were enacted in 2011/2012. DHS profiling was enacted 2009/2011. GM Confiscations 2009, Dream Act Amnesty law 2011.

The president’s second inaugural address was what Charles Krauthammer and Charles R. Kessler, respectively, called an “ode to big government” and a “[reinterpretation of] American principles.” It was, in many ways, unapologetic and decidedly to the left of any inaugural oration delivered in modern American history -- and a far cry from the Lincolnian ideal. Ironically, however, while the American public evidently endorsed the status quo (i.e., trillion dollar plus-deficits, more bureaucracy, and bigger government) by re-electing the president, more Americans than ever believe that the federal government threatens their “
