Preventable cervical cancer is for morons. Which herbal medicine knocks out HPV, Mr/Ms USC?

She was DATING James O'Keefe? It bodes well for me that she's into nerdy-looking guys. Unless she's into REALLY nerdy looking guys. I'm only slightly nerdy looking. A handsome nerd, actually.
Maybe if a large portion of Whites would stop treating Americans of Asian descent, Black Americans, Hispanics and Latinos, Americans who are Muslim, etc., as if they don't fully belong, then those folks would not retreat into the protective cocoon of being a "hyphenated American."

I'll have to go check out this book. Hannah Giles is very smart and very cute; if there were tips on dating her and passing muster with the old man, I'll buy that book.

HPV vaccination is the only way to go. Oral sex is not the only way HPV is spread orally; unlike HIV, HPV is spread through kissing and other "harmless" acts, perhaps even hand-holding. We need herd immunity. Get vaccinated right away if you're young. If you're old, get your kids vaccinated before it's too late. Oh, and note to Reverend Giles: HPV being a growing cause of oral cancer does not make your cigar any safer. Remember, your body is a temple of Our Lord, and you should treat it accordingly.
I'm a supporter of the right to own guns, though I probably support more regulation of gun ownership than some gun owners do. That said, I think this kind of "red meat" does little to bolster the case or the cause. For starters, it appears to suggest that expanded gun ownership in the home will primarily have only one effect — expanding the ability of a homeowner to "fight back" and thus disincentivize theft — when expanded gun ownership would also likely lead to more unintentional gun accidents and fatalities of family members. If the issue is dismantling gun ownership rights or allowing REGULATED and LiCENSED individuals to carry concealed weapons, that's a different issue, but any attempt to get more people to arm themselves is a...

Retire the Racial Bean-Counters

While I think that the author makes some valid points, I think he was a bit remiss in dragging Hispanics into it at the end. It's pretty clear that the US government considers "Hispanic" to be a cultural, not a racial, category. It's right there on one of the forms he links: "Hispanic origins are not races." A Hispanic can be White, Black, Native American, and even Asian. I think he's also disingenuous when he says most Americans have moved beyond the color-consciousness of generations past. While 77% approve of interracial marriage, that is not the sole measure of a lack of race-consciousness. America has come a long, long, long way, but it still has not reached that destination. We still live in an America where it is common that...
"Do the right thing and defend the country's borders," Ann writes.

How about do the right thing and defend borders AND the Constitution?

A law that basically requires people who "look foreign" to be routinely checked for proof of citizenship or a green card is un-American.

If illegal aliens are in the US for work, then get them at work. Just as we require everyone who works to fill out a W2 form and all that, have their employers make sure everyone can provide proof of citizenship, permanent residency, or some other legal way to work. Then imprison or fine the employers who don't follow this law (but make sure the law is easy to follow).

Plain and simple. No unintended racial profiling or abuse.

You asked me:
< < Are you actually trying to argue that since the govt has usurped some rights, this gives it the right to usurp more? > >

No, I'm not. Where/How did you come to that conclusion?

You asked "what the he!! is a 'T Head'?" in your comment.

cathin in #109 correctly answer that it is short for a racial epithet we aren't allowed to use here, but I thought I'd add a little more to that.

I put the word in question in "scare quotes," because it is not a word that I would use but I know others use it, and it might be used by the people I was describing (people who would want to refuse service to all people who they think are Muslim or of Middle Eastern descent).

Actually, I was impressed that the Townhall.com censorbots refused to allow me to write out the original word. (I wonder if Mr Stossel has a problem with that.)

I'm kinda disappointed that nobody really addressed what I thought was a...
