Fredi says that Russia won WWII. If they had attacked Germany and overwhelmed them, the Russians could have been credited with the win. Instead, they were attacked by Germany and fought for their lives. They stayed alive because the Russian winter overwhelmed the Germans. The Russians did not follow up the devasted Germans when they had the chance. They sat out the rest of the war until it came time to invade German from the east. They gobbled as much of the country as they could and proceeded to make life a living hell for the surviving East Germans. This does not count as a "win."

Why is there a bust of Stalin at a D-Day memorial? There were no Russians storming the beaches.
