I would like proof of your claim that "right-wingers" want Christian prayer even for those who are not Christians. You don't have any. There is nothing wrong with a child/person saying a prayer in school, be they Christian, Jew, Muslim, etc. saying a prayer during roll call quietly. Proof that abstinence the "only sex ed". There isn't any. There is nothing wrong with teaching that there is only one way in which you will not get pregnant, and that is abstinence(100% effective). Proof they want to teach creationism as scientific fact. You have none. There is nothing wrong in teaching that creationism is also a theory. Proof of the "right-wing theocratic agenda". There is none. Hyperbole gets us nowhere.

Then you work to change it - through the amendment process. You don't just toss it out.

Either you do not read or you are incapable of comprehending what you just read. There is no need for a "Const. Convention" because the Constitution has a mechanism to add amendments (to make myself clear ~ changes) to the Constitution. To throw it out completely will leave chaos in its place - that is not what is needed.

Abortion is the consequence of irresponsible behavior. The choice was engaging in the behavior and knowing the consequences. You always have the choice to engage in irresponsible behavior. But you must accept the consequences. Life begins at conception - without conception life does not begin. There are laws against "same-sex" marriage, by choosing to engage in a homosexual relationship, you choose not to be married. You have a choice to buy health insurance or not. The consequences of not buying the insurance is you choose to pay medical/dental treatment/bills yourself. I happen to believe if the buying of insurance was opened between states the costs would begin to come down. If gov't gets out of the way of...
