The Convenient Fantasies of President Obama
You absolutely nailed it, Michael.
The Public Opposes Obamacare Because...
Perhaps you don't know any truth beyond what others have told you, but that statement is "so full of holes, I don't know where to start."
Many proposals concerning healthcare reform have been and continue to be sponsored and cosponsored by republicans in both houses of congress. The majority party has effectively squashed most of them. There are many avenues available to anyone with a computer and internet access for which to review these alternative proposals. Might I suggest attempting more research? Just for starters, try HR3962 and S1099.
Anyway, didn't the "Party of NO" smear lose much of its steam after the bipartisan healthcare summit of a couple of weeks...
The Public Opposes Obamacare Because...
"A sophisticated rhetorician, inebriated with the exuberance of his own verbosity."
A fitting quote indeed, but if only the fruit of this madness was simply a leader struggling with his own delusions of grandeur and not a concerted effort by many to forge ahead, regardless of what the people think, for a political power gain that could surely result in bringing serious damage to our country.
The Obama Way: Bluster, Bully, Bribe
i too was taken back at the POTUS rebuking his former opponent. It was completely classless.

The Obama Way: Bluster, Bully, Bribe
to believe by the WH , it is only a diversion or bait and switch tactic. Once the
senate bill can be passed by the house and signed by the POTUS, the horse will
have left the barn. Game over. Mission accomplished. (Add your own cliché here.)
As far as the subject of the article goes, we
all have always known how things get done "The
Chicago Way". Absolutely nothing will come of this.

What Happened to Global Warming?
John has a good response for you.
How can you possibly believe that the global temps dropping are the positive result of Kyoto and the like? Haven't countries like China completely ignored these preventive measures and because of their industrial growth have sent decades of unchecked pollution into the air recently?
Sen. John Kerry goes on record saying the temp retreat is the positive result of our economy slowing down, and then proceeds to call for more restrictions on our industry.
Unbelievably willful ignorance.
With Obama, Too Much Nuance, Not Enough Power
Many people think that Israel will be pushed to the brink and strike Iran’s known nuclear targets with or without the US.
The possibility of success in eliminating the
immediate threat militarily may be of a high percentage, but what comes after that?
Can we even fathom the doomsday scenario that could result from a counter strike on Israel by any one of their many rogue sattelites who operate in the countries that surround them?
Could anyone with certainty believe that such a counter strike wouldn’t involve nuclear
or biological weapons of mass destruction?
And the feeble attempts at...
