You could not be more wrong. It will be a replay of 1980. Voters are longing for someone who is business friendly unlike the socialistic Carter and Obama. Romney by at least 10-15 points.

The issue is India's law of exporting unfinished wood, in this case rosewood used for the guitar's fretboard. India sells Gibson wood that is processed and legal to sel acording to their government. If Gibson werre using wood that India banned then the feds would have to honor India's export law and punish Gibson. However nothing illegal is happening here. This is simply a case of the feds once again looking to hurt a productive American corporation. I would not be surprised if Gibson says F.U. to the U.S.A. and takes it's production and jobs overseas thus avoiding overzealous federal agents and the world's highest coporate tax rate. Ain't Obama great? NOT!!!
