Obama lost, but so did the Constitution. The Court wrote a new law that a recess must be 10 days long to be a recess. There is nothing in the Constitution or relevant history to support this decision which would allow appointments during a summer break. And they stripped the words, "that may happen during the Recess" from the Constitution by ruling that, because Presidents have gotten away with it for around 90 years, it is ok to keep ignoring the Constitution and fill any vacancies regardless of when they "happened." Only four made an honest decision: Scalia, Roberts, Alito, and Thomas.
Bad news for Cochran is that volunteers from all over the country are going over records to see how many democrats illegally voted in both primaries. They have already found thousands. Also, while they will probably hold their noses and vote for Cochran most of the grass roots will not work for his election and that could cost the GOP a Senate seat.

Republicans chose McDanial and democrats chose Cochran. Republicans will vote for him, but he will have no grass roots base doing get out the vote. He could easily lose because of the dirty campaign he ran.

Rommney with an attitude, is still a flip flopping RINO.
The Author missed a big one. As Senator she sponsored bills that would have banned virtually anything that has a trigger. And yet she still "supports the Second Amendment."

The four left wing Justices dissented saying we should censor religious speech and ignore "free exorcise thereof" (religion). Four of the majority chose to base their decision on the unconstitutional decisions of past Courts rather than admit the Court had been wrong in the past. Only Thomas had the courage to tell the truth. When the 1st Amendment was written 6 of the 11 states had establishments. The 1st Amendment could not have passed by 2/3 or been ratified by 3/4 of the states unless it actually meant exactly what it says, "NO LAW." No law creating a federal establishment and no law interfering with state establishments. This means that under an honest reading of the Constitution the Court has no authority over anything religious at the state or local level. Eight Justices were without honor in this decision.

He forgot to mention that, when Eisenhower proposed a Civil Rights Act, it was single handedly blocked by then Senate Majority Leaser Lindin Johnson.
The Second Amendment is not settled law when 4 of 9 are anti-gun and Obama or maybe Hillory could get a chance to appoint #5.

Missing in the above excellent comment is that economic fascism is the government control of industry without government ownership. Think Dodd-Frank, ObamaCare, Car company bailouts, and 160,000 pages of federal regulations. And don't forget that Hitler was the darling of the left until he started killing people.
