It was ended in 1811, so how's that ? The War of 1812 was started to force the USA back into a Central Bank ! Those who rejected rechartering the 1st US Central Bank in 1811, agreed to a 2cnd US Central Bank as the War came to an end in 1815, they signed the charter in 1817.
