If you ignore the Fed's and recently passed (1999-2010) corrupt legisltion's major drain on the US's economy, $$-supply, interest rates, inflation, which leads to most of the problems we all face as a nation, citizens, people. Than all of your other political efforts, no matter how right or successful they be, are practically worthless, because of the overall results ! Henry David Thoreau said: “There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil for every one striking at the root.”

Rip Off By The Federal Reserve How They $tole It All ! The Fed's 2010 $8.4 trillion in income does not reveal itself in the Annual Report To Congress; Ref-Tables 10-11, pgs 454-462 Report for 2009, Auctions are not Open Market transactions. Securities that are not sold are assigned to SOMC. This appears to be $8.4 trillion that is concealed from Congress, the public. Phil Gramm R-Tx, Sen-Bnk-Cmt-Chr (1995-2001) says: Repeal of Glass-Steagall by Gramm-Leach-blilely-Act 1999, didn't cause the 2008 crash ! P-G tries to do retroactive damage control after ex-Citi-Group Chief Sandy Weill said: "The repeal of Glass-Steagall Act led to 2008 crisis !" GLB-Act enabled the creation of financial-giants; Citigroup, Bank of America, P-G said his legislation didn’t make the system any riskier. Pause for laughs. Okay give him this: P-Gramm's Commodity Futures Modernization Act that he rammed through in the 2000 budget showdown between Congress, Clinton was much worse. In fact it led to Drvs-CDS's and had even more to do with the 2008 crash ! crooksandliars.com/susie-madrak/phil-gramm-repealing-glass-steagall-d

July 26 - Sen Jerry Moran, R-Kan, gathered the signatures of 51 Senators on a letter to Pres O'bamba and Sec-State Clinton opposing any treaty that infringes on our rights. The letter stated "As the treaty process continues, we strongly encourage your Admin not only to uphold our country's constitutional protections of civilian firearms ownership, but to ensure, if necessary, by breaking consensus at the July UN conference, that the treaty will explicitly recognize the legitimacy of lawful activities associated with firearms, including but not limited to the right of self-defense.
