It depends on if you are a dem, OWS'ers rioting, breaking windows, spray painting walls and businesses, trashing the streets and city parks, defecating on police cars, shouting unknown demands, etc, or rep/indy Tea Partiers, holding peaceful rallys, asking for less government spending, cleaning up after themselves, holding civil debates, backing conservative principals. Who gets their way? Maybe it's true, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

In its latest line of excuses, the State Department is now saying officials never blamed violence in the Middle East, particularly the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya, on a YouTube video.

The State Department denied Tuesday it ever concluded that the deadly consulate attack Sept. 11 in Libya was an unplanned outburst prompted by an anti-Islam movie.
