Economics vs. 'Need'

Microsoft and other tech companies use the same argument. There aren't enough Americans trained to do the high tech jobs we 'need'. Who has more resources and ability to train the workers they need than Microsoft? We have American workers out of jobs, train them!

Trouble Brewing in GOP

I believe this already happened. The party was split between conservatives, establishment and Ron Paulers. I believe it was the Ron Paulers and not the conservatives that didn't vote in the last election. A split vote will never take leadership away from Democrats. Two elections lost and we still can't come together enough in a center right country to defeat the liberal view. Is that what individualism gets us? So dedicated to our ideals we will let the other side walk away with the win and our country?
Instead of attacking my intelligence it would have been more helpful if you could have listed the facts and evidence of which you speak. However, I am just as certain there are facts and evidence of the opposite view as well. Lawmakers and justices have been known to make societal errors have they not? Common sense and experience can serve us well too.
What is it children learn about sexuality from an opposite sex household? What does it teach them about themselves and a basis of normalcy? What will the basis of normalcy be as learned in a same sex household? Will they learn easy acceptance and joy in the gender they don't experience? Will they be as torn about their sexuality as homosexuals claim to be as teenagers? Since we are not certain this is inborn or somehow learned behavior, this could be very disruptive to children. This rush to be compassionate can once again have disastrous results for our most vulnerable.
It seems like we are being sold another bill of goods from the left. The consequences of their bills haven't been good. Free love has been a disaster with 41% of babies now born to single parent households with a future of poverty and emotional starvation. Abortion has advanced to the point of late term within the last week of pregnancy on very viable babies. The institution of marriage was designed for the protection of childen. So they are nutured and reared with a parent from each sex, (the only way they could come into being) to give them the best basis for discernment in a grown up world. By opening marriage to be principally about the individuals and not the future children is in itsself a reckless experiment.
PJ Media has a direct link to the InspectorIGenerals report on their investigation of the Voter dept of the Dept of Justice. It just came out. They have a section on harrasment, etc.

Republicans Clueless About Minorities

I disagree. Reagan passed an amnesty bill and did not get a larger % of the hispanic vote. Bush was encouraging amnesty as well as McCain, they did not receive a higher portion of the hispanic vote. If we are going to consider amnesty, the border plays stongly into that scenario. We saw what happened last time, amnesty encouraged more illegal immigration. You need to uncover the real reason hispanics vote democrat. Where is your research?

The Welfare Program may have contributed to the destruction of the family, but so has the constant harping to degrade the morality of our citizens through television and media. It's not just welfare recipients that have lost their families. Free love has not been free. Women have been conned and children are bearing the brunt of it with 41% now born to single mothers. Women are suffering in poverty, guilt and overwork without partners or support. Large numbers of men have become irresponsible, feeling entitled to sex with no financial or emotional ties. Every baby born should have a father's DNA tested and listed on the birth certificate with a monthly financial (penalty, fee, tax) attached to him if he is not married to the mother
Have they found a Republican that voted 6 times yet?

Six Million To Pay ObamaCare Penalty

As you said, we were paying it anyway through payment by government to hospitals. Now we will be paying it anyway with a whole heap of bureaucrats to be paid piled on top. Do you think all those IRS agents and overseers of this system work for free? No, the IRS just added a new fee, it will add ANOTHER $150 to your current self paid policy or over $300 for a business paying a policy. The current Obamacare allows folks to just pay the penalty and then go buy insurance if they get sick. What do you think that system is going to do for the people trying to pay for their own insurance. We are a couple paying our own health insurance. It went up 23% this year to $830 a month with a high deductible. That's before the new IRS fee.
