Texas Secession to be Reviewed by White House

I think that it's highly doubtful that Texas will secede, or be allowed to secede, but if it were successful, conservatives in the other 49 states would be at a severe disadvantage in presidential elections, with the loss of Texas's electoral votes.

We have crossed the demographic threshold. For conservatives to have a chance, what do we do? Embrace abortion on demand or amnesty? We are past being at a severe disadvantage, and the quicker we all come to realize that, the better off we will be.

Either that, or they better be prepared for an influx of about 100 million kindred spirits!

sam-IF Texas were to secede, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the other red states didn't decide to join us. I think the US should split into two countries-if you look at a red state/blue state map it wouldn't be hard. Then the blue states could have their socialist utopia and the red states could adopt the US Constitution and actually follow it.

You think????

Obviously, you DON'T think...

And Conservatives in the other states will relocate TO Texas by the droves....

You know, like people are fleeing Calif. by the droves???

The idea of Texas seceding from the Union is a long time joke, but a secession petition on WhiteHouse.gov has received enough signatures to be seriously reviewed by the White House.

This isn't quite the equivalent of the Declaration of Independence, but in the digital age, you could say it's similar.
