"What else can they do? " Exactly what they will do: leave the law on the books, and the next time they need a "shot while resisting arrest", an entry will appear in the database showing that the opponent in question has a home arsenal justifying a no knock SWAT raid at 3 am.
"When you get called up for jury duty, don’t weasel out of it. " You won't have to; if you're honest on the voir dire and they realize you aren't an Obama voter, they'll throw you off so fast you'll break the sound barrier.
What is truly funny is that Alabama in the 70s and 80s was hit with multiple lawsuits by various "civil rights" groups over exactly this practice.
Another reform that would work wonders is to require the prosecution to prove mens rea on every crime / regulatory violation.

That puppy won't hunt. If McCain had a competent bone in his body (and had the cojones to sue Obama early and often for election law violations, like taking donations from such obvious American citizens as Chester Drawers on his campaign website with NO verification), you might have a point. And I'll just point out that at least Defense is a Constitutionally mandated function of government. Abolish the DoE and get back to me.

Kind of like Gibson Guitars, they obviously didn't pay the protection money to Don Obama.
THIS^^^^! Does anyone think psychiatry wouldn't be used against conservatives, as it was in Soviet Russia?

Except for the minor matter that everything President Bush did in Iraq was done with the full backing of both parties, was in accordance with the Constitution, etc.
